Location was awesome and super convenient, close to all the touristy stuff and the famous falls. 🌊 Plus, there was a Wendy's nearby for a quick bite. A solid stay during my vacation!

I was given a lovely little and cheap room with a chest of drawers, new appliances, and a Queen bed. the staff team was attentive and exceptional at any time. - the location of the hotel is the best and peaceful on the outskirts of town.

Even though this place is about as budget as can be it was clean and everything was working properly. In fact it was in better order than many other accomodations I've been in lately for much more money. Don't expect the Ritz and you wan't be dissappointed. I would go back if I had the need for another very basic stay in the area.
To have ice available free would be nice but there was a little fridge in the room. Also the room had only a shower and no bath, if that is important to you.

We liked the fact that the inn was off the beaten path (away from Clifton Hills in Niagara Falls), away from the noise and bustle for quiet evenings. Close to stores and restaurants.
We specifically chose this inn for the inexpensive rooms and particularly chose a room with a jacuzzi, which did not work. That was a little disappointing, as we paid extra for the jacuzzi and did not get to enjoy it. I also seem to remember a restaurant included on site, which did not exist.

The stay here was wonderful on vacation. We had a pretty nice bedroom. - We had a private bathroom. - the location was the best and marvelous, on the outskirts of town, which is a plus. - It was really close to the bus stop, touristic attractions, and Casino. - the hotel provided great prices.

Clean minimalist hotel. No reason to waste a lot of money to have an expensive room to be unconscious in.
The curtain was not thick enough-- it let in too much light in the morning. The plumbing was inadequate- the shower would randomly switch from a nice temperature to very hot, probably when someone next door turned on the water. This was a bit annoying, but I managed to dodge the water quickly enough not to get burned. I imagine this could be a more serious problem for the very old or very young, and downright hazardous if this happens while a bar of soap is on the ground to grip over.

Decent value for the money. The stains are definitely there, but I wouldn't say I saw anything especially disgusting. The owners were quite nice and helpful. Stayed one night, didn't encounter any major problems.
